Final Fantasy XI: Seekers of Adoulin ist das fünfte vollständige Erweiterungspaket für Final Fantasy XI und die erste vollständige Erweiterung für Final Fantasy XI seit über 5 Jahren nach Wings of the Goddess. Seekers of Adoulin spielt auf dem westlichen Kontinent Ulbuka und bietet neue Berufe, eine Geschichte, Gebiete, Quests und Spielsysteme.
Die Unterstützung für die PlayStation 2 bei Seekers of Adoulin ist nur in Japan verfügbar. Obwohl Square Enix die Unterstützung für die PlayStation 2 für Final Fantasy XI insgesamt nicht einstellt, wird der Inhalt von Seekers of Adoulin außerhalb Japans nicht auf Final Fantasy XI für die PlayStation 2 zugänglich sein.
