Die 8. Saison von Pokémon Go, "Saison des Lichts", ist von Licht und dem Kosmos geprägt. Sie wird die Legendären Pokémon Solgaleo und Lunala (und ihre Entwicklungsreihe, Cosmog und Cosmoem) einführen und spezielle Pokémon Go Ligen präsentieren.
